We have been supplying our parts to front end loader manufacturers, tractor manufacturers, agricultural implement manufacturers located in Europe and USA for the last 15 years. We are specialized in developing and supplying parts and components according to the drawing and specification which typically includes, raw material, hardness or tensile strength, dimensions, surface coatings (hard chrome, electroplating, powder coating buffing etc) etc. Our major current supplies include parts like, special heat treated pins for front loaders and backhoes, special bushing with very close tolerances in the dimensions, parts for hydraulic cylinders like, bushing, cylinder Bose, rods, forged parts for implements etc We are an ISO 9001-2000 company having a machining unit, forging unit located near NEW Delhi (CAPITAL OF India) . Our machining unit is located over an area of 1500 sq mts equipped with CNC turning centers, manual turning machines, drilling machines, latest milling centers. Our forging unit is located oven an area of 800 sq mts and is equipped with a tool room, forging hammers, forging presses. We provide OEM services where in all the information provided by the buyers are treated as highly confidential and the quality and delivery are just as desired by the buyers.
