Characteristic: 1. adopt frequency conversion timing motor, that is AC constant torque motor to reach non-pole timing by inverter, its timing range is wide, can save electricity, have lower power, good startup capability, big torque,etc. 2. adopt high hardness gear decelerate gearbox, transmission is stable, maintain is convenient, and can work for long time. 3. plasticization screws have reasonable design, under high speed condition, materials can not decompounded easily, the screws can speed up melt, reduce pressure fluctuate, to make symmetrical products with higher capacity. 4. the adding section of hopper design with KTV bush, which can speed up transmission ratio of granules to reach stable performance. 5. it designs with double-channel temperature controller, which have small wave when heating, according to different technologies of different materials to choose suitable controller and can control the temperature of die head and barral automatically. 6. cooling fans connect with heating rings directly to improve cooling speed of barrel. |
