| About | Our machine is ideal for the production of most products that consist of an outer layer and a filling. This includes products such as maamoul, filled cookies, kibbeh (crust filled with ground meat) , Falafel and many other products. This machine is working successfully in Jordan and Iraq. The enclosed film shows the production of an Iraqi sweet similar to maamoul. The film shows the production in two forms, round and tubular. On many occasions, we have been requested to repair or enhance machines that were imported. Therefore, our machines were designed taking into account the complaints of customers who purchased machines from abroad. We heard their complaints, experienced the problems and overcame them in our machines. Our customers are satisfied and some have placed repeated orders.
