We are cotton ginner since 1996 with production capacity of 300 bales (170 kgs each bale) of saurashtra region of gujarat state, India. Our area is famous for crop of best quality of cotton, so we are getting best raw cotton as our raw material in our ginning and pressing process. We use to manufacture cotton fabrics with length of 28mm-29mm, mic. 3. 5-4. 0 with least strash, dust and short fibers. Factory has been certified by TECHNOLOGY MISSION ON COTTON. During process we use one pre ginning and two post ginning cleners to remove strash, dust and shortfibers. Factory is automated by neumatic system. Whole factory ground is made up of concrete and cement, so there is no chance of mixing of soil particles. |
