Product division Home textile division 100% cotton yarn dyed "home textile items" which includes, bed sheets, curtains, cushion covers, hospital bed sheet, thermal sheets, hotel bed sheet, aprons, pot holders, bread basket, oven gloves, dish cloth, wash cloth, table covers, napkins, terry & non-terry kitchen towels, dusters, baby born blanket, jacquard designs etc. Fabric division 100% cotton yarn dyed check designs in twill, flannel, madras, Seer-sucker, shamray, plan, dobby, lycra, gauze, polyester etc. In-house dyeing, weaving, processing, stitching, packing departments Yarn bleaching (with care machine) Dyeing (updated as international standard to dye 40o to 95o) Reeling of yarn (25 machines) In-house sulzer loom 40,250 auto looms,50 power looms of jacquard, terry, dobby & plane weave also able to run 1000 power looms on overhead processing (calendar, warping, standard, razing, sizing folding, care, winches, computerized rolling etc. Stitching (working with 250 machines) Cropping, inspection & packing departments (capable to pack 9 x 40' per month) Production capability 11,00,000 yards fabric per month 9 x 40' containers of home Textiles per month Quality policy In order to compete effectively in the international market and to Assure the customer entire satisfaction.
