The company has introduced advanced Lost Foam Casting and Vacuum Casting techniques and processes its products by means of CNC machine tools and machining centers. The company has a comprehensive production and manufacturing capacity for mold manufacturing, casting, machining and assembling. Its annual capability for casting machine is 100,000 tons, including 10,000 tons of steel castings, 20,000 tons of ductile iron castings and 60,000 tons of grey iron castings. The company has an advanced quality control system with equipment for analysis and testing, optical spectrum analyzing, three-coordinates measuring and dynamic balance measuring systems in order to insure high quality during the entire process from smelting, manufacturing, machining and assembling. At present, the company is a brake supplier with the most advanced technology and the greatest development potential in China and its products are supplied to several major car companies, such as Volvo and Mercedes Benz. The company has passed the quality management certification system of ISO/TS16949:2002, making the"ZHT" series of products popular with major customers at home and abroad.
