(HEAG), located in Yueqing City with fine scenery and convenient communication, is an ISO9001 certified enterprise, a National Advanced Unit of Science and Technology, a High and New Technology Enterprise in Zhejiang Province, the Gold Customer of the Agriculture Bank of China and a Backbone Enterprise in Zhejiang Province. Our industrial park covers a floor space of 127000 square meters and mainly produces testing equipment, with advanced numerical control processing equipment introduced from Japan, and checking equipment and SMT processing equipment introduced from Korea. There are 1615 employees and 26 percent of them are engineers and technicians. The total assets are RMB 583 million and the total industrial output value of 2002 is RMB 730 million. Our total assets reached RMB 960 million in 2003. Zhejiang Huayi Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997, as one of the core subsidiary companies of HEAG. We are the earliest company which researches and develops, produces and sells energy meters. We got ISO9001 Quality Assurance System certificate in 1998. Our firm was the Association Member of China Apparatus and Meter ISOC in 2002, and got ISO14001 Environment System certificate in 2004. Our firm was a unit director of Zhejiang Apparatus and Meter ISOC, China Apparatus and Meter ISOC, China Apparatus and Meter ISOC Electrician Apparatus and Meter Branch in 2007. In 2007, we got the title of "China well-known trademark" approved by China Industrial and Commercial Bureau. There are 405 workers and 122 engineers in our company, and there is a research and development center and an export production base in Hangzhou. There are many advanced manufacturing equipment, such as SMT Auto-Mounters, Automatic Wave Solder Machines, and Class 0.2 standard meters imported from Germany. The main products are as the followings: single/three phase active static energy meters, single/three phase multi-rate static energy meters, single/three phase prepayment static energy meters, single/three phase PLC static energy meters, three phase multi-function static energy meters, GR2000 service and management systems, Integrated Management Systems for Distributing Transformers and AMR systems. Our annual sales income is RMB 180 million, and the annual export value is more than RMB 51 million.
