| About | Zhejiang Huangyan Die factory is located in the famous "Home of Moulds" --- Huangyan Xicheng Industrial Park. Founded in 1994, specializing in designing and making punching moulds of automobile bodies and gages (checking fixtures), our factory is a member unit of Chinese Mould Association. It passed ISO9001 quality certification in December 2000 and passed Mould (Gage) Supplier Evaluation of SVW and SGM in October 2004 and was selected as a mould (gage) supplier. Our factory covers an area of 16,000sqm, including 12,000 square meters of workshop area. It has fixed assets of 45 million Yuan, possesses 11 sets of numerical controlled machining equipment, 2 sets of CMM measuring machines (GLOBAL122210), as well as over 60 sets of other machining and mould testing equipment. There are more than 330 staff members, including 30 middle and high-class technicians and 30 designers. The punching craft analysis adopts the three-dimension metal piece punching computer simulation analysis system (PAM-STAMP2G) of France ESI Company.
