| About | Zhejiang Fangyuan Ship Industry Co., Ltd. is a class A shipbuilding enterprise in Zhejiang Province, which has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification. Our company was established in 1992. After the Founder & Chairman Mr. Jin Wenlin and all staff's joint efforts and product structure optimization and upgrading, now we have formed a economic entity focusing on the development in marine engineering, dredging and yacht industries, including engineering vessels such as dredgers and sand suction vessels, which are our leading products. Now Fangyuan gains the reputation as 'High-performance Dredger R&D and Production Base in China' in the industry. Fangyuan's headquarters now covers a production area of 330,000 square meters and 1100 meter shoreline. We have 9 berths of 20 thousand ton class, 10 berths of 10 thousand ton class, and 23 sets of gantry cranes with lifting capacity between 60-100T. We also have more than 500 sets of ship production equipment such as CNC plasma cutting machines, CO2 shield welders, finishing machines and plate shears. The annual shipbuilding capacity is up to 50 thousand tons. Standard management and high efficiency can assure you of high quality products. Based on the principle of 'Respect knowledge and intellectuals', our company has introduced a large number of senior management personnel, technical personnel, business personnel from Italy, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Beijing, Shanghai, and Chongqing, to reform and upgrade the modern enterprise management. Our company has strong technology strength and established a ship design institution in Shanghai. The technology design centers have professional technical personnel of more than 120 persons, 45% of whom have the engineer titles or above, including 32 senior engineers. Fangyuan is always dedicated to technology innovation and new product development. Through technology strategic alliance, united with Jiangsu Ship Design & Research Institute, R&D institutions focusing on ship design, mechanical engineering and electrical automation design, and universities like Xinjiang Agricultural University, we apply the international advanced design concept of environmental protection, energy saving and intellectualization for the innovation and development of new products. We have successfully developed the 'Sand Discharge Funnel', 'Submerged Jet Device' and 'Pressurized Liquefied Sediment Device', which have won the national patents. A lot of technology is also in the international leading position and fills the national gap, and some products have won the titles of "excellent products of national science and technology exposition" and "provincial technical new products". Our main products include deep sea jet sand suction vessels, cutter (bucket wheel) suction dredgers, trailing suction hopper dredgers, asphalt carriers, product oil tankers, container vessels, RO-RO vessels, tugs, jack-up marine reef explosion platforms and other auxiliary engineering ships. These products not only play an important role in the domestic market, but also are exported to the United States, England, Germany, South Korea, Nigeria, India, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, the Middle East and other countries and regions. Fangyuan's vessels have been approved by international well-known classification societies like BV, NK, RS, RINA and IRS class, which helps Fangyuan to get the permit to the world market.
