Manufacturing facility includes weaving and processing of all types of terry toweling products from premium Pakistani, U. S. Pima Cotton, U. S Supima cotton, Australian cotton, ELS (Extra Long Staple) C. I. S. cotton, Egyptian Giza 70 Cotton and Modal in ring spun and Zero Twist (Loop only) yarns. Weaving facility is equipped with Picanol Terry Looms capable of producing different weaving patterns using Dobby, with Benninger Zell Warping and Sizing equipment from Germany. Dyeing and finishing equipment is of German origin, EcoMaster Dyeing and finishing range from THIES. Plant is geared up to produce approximately 300, 000 kgs of toweling products per month in solids and yarn dye. All products conform to AATCC quality standards for colorfastness, light fastness, washing fastness and shrinkages. Through our constant research and development we develop products as per required performances, this is pertinent to mention the development of toweling products using Zero Twist Loop yarn, this technology amazingly enhances the soft handle and absorbency of the towel which are The Quality aspects of towels. |
