| About | Yixing Orient Petroleum Proppant Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of series of ceramicite proppant products which are necessary for oil and gas field exploitation by hydrofracturing method. Our company is located at No. 318 of Lishu Road, Dingshu Town, Yixing City in Jiangsu Province of China. We were established in May, 1986, with registered capital of 5.25 million RMB. Our company has seen rapid development and expansion over the years from establishment, with current fixed assets of 35 million RMB. Our company covers a land of 32177sqm, with construction buildings of 21378.69sqm. Among 280 current employees, 17 persons are managers and 26 persons are engineers and technicians. Over the decade, we have provided more than 200,000 tons of ceramicite proppant to thirteen oil and gas fields, including Daqing, Tuha and Dagang. Practical use in these big oil fields has proved that our "Yidong", "Orient Ceramicite", "Orient Proppant" branded products playing a tremendous role in fracturing production increasing. For a long time, we have established long term relationships with domestic oil fields based on our principle of excellent quality products with cheap prices plus good services, and established cooperation relationships with oil fields in Russia, Canada, Kazakhstan and other countries in recent years. Now our products enjoy 95% domestic market share and 15% world share. Currently, we are the largest one in China and third among world ceramicite proppant producers, providing the most complete product range with top and reliable quality. To meet market needs, we have designed and manufactured three rotary kiln production lines, incorporating world advanced technologies and our practical experience, to form three independent production blocks. We adhere to the way of combined learning and R&D while production, and have developed low density high strength (DG), mid density high strength (ZG), high density high strength (GG) series ceramicite proppant products with many specifications for varying needs of fracturing exploitation and clog relieve in different well depths and different geological structures according to design requirements. Higher output was achieved by practical use of our proppant. In 1980, our self-developed ceramicite proppant products filled a gap in our country. Over the decade, we have never stopped progressing, in order to reach international technology standards we have long cooperating with Nanjing University, Shanghai Branch of Academy of Sciences of China, Jiangsu Ceramics Research Institution, Langfang Branch of China Petroleum Exploitation Institution, and other scientific institutions. Products were tested by STIM LAB of the U.S. to be fully compliant with international advanced standards. ISO9000 standards were implemented in the production procedure. In 2001 we passed verification by National Quality Assurance Limited Company of Britain, and certified ISO9001 qualification. Now we are under supervision of NQA. In 2002, our products were confirmed as New Hi-Tech Products of Jiangsu Province, and our company was entitled as New Hi-Tech Enterprise by Technical Appraisement Committee of Science & Technology Department of Jiangsu Province. Also products were appraised as Famous Brand Products of Wuxi by Wuxi Technical Supervision Bureau, and we were appraised as Private Sci-Tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province. In 2003, products were awarded as National Key New Products by five state departments including National Sci-Tech Department. Our current output of high strength ceramicite proppant is 50,000 tons.
