| About | Located in the famous tourist attraction - Changning Shunan Bamboo-Sea of Sichuan Province, Yibin Fuyuan Generating Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 as a private-run joint-stock enterprise. Fuyuan was reformed from the State-operated Changning Hydro-Turbine Machinery Factory which was founded in 1958, mainly manufacturing hydro-electrical equipment for power plants. During last 50 years, we have produced more than 3000 sets of hydro-electrical units, equipped more than 2000 power plants, supplied products to 26 provinces, cities, and municipalities in China, and also exported products to the U.S.A, Canada, Japan, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Cuba, Mongolia, Nepal, Indonesia, Korea and other countries and regions. Through continuous technological innovation and development, Fuyuan has total assets of 300,000,000RMB and has staff of more than 400, including 86 engineering technical personnel, 15 senior engineers and 37 engineers. There are five departments in our company: Management Department, Business Department, Technology Department, Production Department and Financial Department. Our company covers 210mu. The Production Workshop covers more than 55,000 square meters, in which 80T/50T/32T-class factories are 15,000 square meters. We have more than 300 sets of main equipment: 12.5m, 6.3m, 5m and 4m CNC vertical lathes; 10m CNC heavy sleepers; 220mm CNC milling machines, CNC milling machine gantries (GMB3080mr); 100mm drills; 6m-18m CNC cutting machines; 32mm CNC machines; 600T hydraulic arms; 18T dynamic balancing machines; various hydro-electrical testing equipment and 10m-8m-6m annealing furnaces. We have a well equipped technology development center, a physical chemical testing center and a measurement center. We have the capability of researching, designing and producing water heads from 3m to 1000m, with output from 55Kw to 100Mw for single unit and axial turbine diameter is less than 7m. The generator has basement less than 10000mm. Our company achieved ISO9001 quality system certification in 1999, and the production process is strictly executed by quality control. During last 18 years, our product has been judged as Excellent Quality Sampling. Wan Ling hydraulic turbine is one of the famous brands in Sichuan Province. We have been awarded "Contract-Honoring and Promise-Keeping Enterprise" for 10 years and "Advanced Enterprise by China Electric Equipment Industry Association Branch of the Water and Electricity" for 2 years. The bank credit rating is AAA and quality credit rating in Sichuan is AAA.
