Our company is the base for making multi-cylinder or single-cylinder diesels with mini cylinders and terminal products of generating sets and water pump assemblies. Our company was founded in Nov., 1998, with 502 employees at present. Our company mainly specializes in the design, development, manufacture, sale, and after sales service of 5-30kw multi-cylinder diesels with mini cylinders, 2-26kw single cylinder diesels, APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) for trucks, 1-1000kw diesel generating sets, water pump assemblies, and others. Our company has 108 all kinds of professional and technical personnel on internal combustion engines, automotive air-conditioning refrigeration, electrical control, microcomputer control, and industrial design. We have research experience of more than 10 years in using CAD, UG and other advanced design techniques developed for internal combustion engines and generator sets, including our exterior design, emission control, cooling systems, control system and noise reduction system. At present, there are three-coordinate measuring machines, dynamic balance measuring instruments, exhaust measurements, high and low temperature testing chambers, other advanced testing equipment and 8 production lines for the assembly and debugging of multi-cylinder diesels with mini cylinders, APU and diesel generating sets below 10kw, as well as the test of our air-conditioning system which is at the provincial level technical centers and nationally accredited laboratories. Our Multi-cylinder diesel with mini cylinder JD500 has passed EPA and CARB Emission Argument, while other types of diesel engines have passed EPA and State 11 Emission Argument. The diesel generator sets which use ATS and LED technology have the functions of automatic startup, self-protection, automatic operation, automatic switching, automatic stopping, remote measure & supervision and others. Especially, APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) which uses American technology in the cooperation with scientific research institutions of higher learning on trucks has successfully gained all eyes of the United States and other high-end market customers. Our company has carried out TS16949 quality system, which will make our generator sets and multi-cylinder diesels with mini cylinders reach the domestic and international leading level.
