| About | Dalian Xingguang Electromagnet Co.,Ltd.is a hi-tech enterprises engaged in both scientific research and production. It has 122 employees now, and the technical personnel take up 31%, including 8 senior engineers and 15 engineers of electromagnet, electronics, machinery and electric control. It owns 5 production workshops and occupies an area of 8000-odd square meters, with complete production equipment and strong productive capacity. Since 1987, the Company has made use of the new type materials (e.g. oxide film aluminum foil strip, and etc) and the innovative process to produce various lifting electromagnets, iron removers, magnetic rollers, electromagnetic mixers, electric welders, dry type transformers and the supporting electric control devices including voltage regulating, magnetism regulating and magnetism maintaining at power failure, totally 45 kinds, 300 specifications, and 18 patents. The products sell well in the industries of metallurgy, shipbuilding, mines, energy, transportation, ports, grains and construction etc in 27 provinces, cities and autonomous regions all over China. The products are also exported to Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, North Korea, India and Burma etc, also well accepted in those countries. "Xingguang" brand LMC and LMR series alumina strip new type electromagnets researched and produced by the Company were selected as the state-level new products in 1989. The high-temperature electromagnet breaks the international universally accepted limit of 600oC, and it can safely hoist the materials with surface temperature at 720oC, thus it was awarded the national invention gold prize. In 1994, it was awarded the first prize of science and technology. The oxide film aluminum strip electromagnetic products approved by the state science and technology commission were listed in the state Torque Program in 1993. "Xingguang" brand of electromagnet has become an independent brand famous at home and well-known in the world. The Enterprise has passed the certification of ISO9001 quality system, and it has been granted the Qualification Certificate for Import-Export Enterprise in the People's Republic of China by Dalian Foreign Trade & Economy Commission. It's the first electromagnet enterprise with the independent import and export right at home. It has been selected as the "Enterprise Keeping Promises and Honoring Contracts" by the provincial and municipal industrial and commercial administration bureaus for 12 successive years.
