| About | Xiamen Chijie Mold Industry Co., Ltd., established in June 1998 has two production line: one for big mould, the other for precision mould. We focus on manufacturing big moulds including TV shell, washing machine, and other by our big vertical machining center with working center: 3000*2600*1000. With MAKINO F5, AgieCharmilles EDM, Taiwan CNC deep-hole driller, Japanese Sodic Mirror EDM, precised moulds like cell phone accessory, digital connector, sanitary parts and so on are our main produces. What is more important, we have 70 skilled men and 20 professional designers and world advanced mold design software to guarantee our quality. Besides, our Tri-coordinate Measuring Machine re-confirm our quality. We are the first private enterprise to pass ISO9001:2000 certification on Feb. 12, 2002 and we have passed technology certificate for Hi-tech enterprise. We use mould steel such as Swedish ASSAB 718, 1.2363, and Japanese Daido NAK80. All the mold accessories are HASCO, DME and other standards.
