| About | At the beginning of our establishment, Xi'an Deqi was the agent of German water treatment equipment and promoted German sewage treatment technology in China, won good achievements on the promotion of sewage treatment equipment oil-water separators made by German Pasawang Company, supported German Pasawang Company in 2000 and got the value of more than 4 million US dollars from equipment sale, and the design and installation engineering of Shengli Oilfield sewage treatment systems. After 2000, Deqi Company gradually expanded emphasis and input to the environment protection field, timely adjusted development direction, applied advanced membrane separation technology to the industrial pure water production and reclaimed water reusing, and got outstanding achievements. At present, Xi'an Deqi has gradually developed into a leading company on membrane separation technology in the same industry of Shaanxi Province, and even northwest provinces. Our company has become one of the most powerful companies in the membrane separation technology design, equipment manufacture and installation engineering. Xi'an Deqi not only has a complete large-scale fully-automatic membrane separation system required by the undertaken project, but also has provided a full complete set of membrane separation equipment and installation engineering for other companies without manufacture and installation abilities of membrane separation equipment in water treatment industry of Shaanxi Province. In the past five years, Xi'an Deqi has provided large-scale fully-automatic membrane separation systems of up to 10 sets for water treatment companies of the same industry, more than five sets of which are provide with the service of coordinated process including design, manufacture, installation and debugging. With the flourishing development of the electronic industry of China, producing raw materials required by customers in the electronic industry, we have stepped into a route of rapid development. Our electrolytic copper foil plant has developed to have the production capacity of nearly 50,000 tons/year. The electrolytic copper foil production requires a great amount of high purity water, and generates plenty of sewage with heavy metal as well. Since 2003, Xi'an Deqi has put in great technology power in high purity water production and sewage water treatment of our copper foil production plant and carried on massive experiments and researches. In recent years, with the completion of water treatment design, equipment manufacture and installation construction of several large scale copper foil production plants including Guangdong Meiyan Electrolytic Copper Foil Co., Ltd., Guangdong Meiyan Jinxiang Copper Foil Co., Ltd., Hubei Zhongke Copper Foil Technology Co., Ltd., Guizhou Suxi (China) Copper Foil Co., Ltd. and Baiyin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Deqi has accumulated experience in water treatment engineering design and equipment manufacture support of copper foil production. At present, Xi'an Deqi has reused more than 85% of sewage of the copper foil production and concentrated and recovered copper from sewage with high copper content, and taken advanced production lines in energy conservation and emission reduction of the same industry. Recently, Xi'an Deqi has declared that the application of membrane separation technology in copper foil production has been awarded national patents (patent No.: 200720126115.0). Entering into 2008, Xi'an Deqi has incorporated the zero emission of sewage treatment into the key topic of research experiments according to energy conservation and emission reduction issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China. |
