Established in 1987, Willow Confectionery quickly gained attention in Australia and New Zeland as a manufacturer using the highest quality ingredients manufacturing pure milk chocolate products. In 1996 Willow became the 2nd company in the world to produce chocolate that is externally certified free from peanuts, tree-nuts, egg and gluten. We are a family-owned company and acieved this chocolate standard because we had a son with a nut-allergy and wanted to give back to the anaphylactic community. |
