If you do not need a UAE residence visa, and all you need is a bank account, we suggest you go in for a RAK International Company. This will get you a legal entity, a bank account and can in fact be a holding company too. This being an International Company, does not come with a license, Activity will be mentioned in the M&AOA. Costs with a bank account will be AED 12,600 for incorporation and AED 7,600 for renewal. 2. If you do need a license and a Free Zone package with a license then the package cost starts from AED 29,800 for year 1 excluding visas. Visa package will be AED 5,500 per applicant including medical examination, and you can apply for up to 3 visas. (The cost is for a single shareholder company.
