We desire to be agents distributors to cement manufacturers and petroleum products refineries for Nigeria and west Africa. We currently require i shipload 12, 500 tonnes of portland grade 1 cement, and 250, 000 metric tonnes of rice for local consumption in Nigeria. Payment as in incoterms.
