| About | Our primary mission is to resolve metallurgy related manufacturing problems as related to the automotive component industry. Beginning with Mill raw material processing into ingot, bar or plate, through numerous thermal heat treatment and finally into a manufactured aftermarket component part, we are able to examine both ferrous and nonferrous metals and nonmetals for compliance to ISO and ANSI requirements and material processing specifications. Utilizing 50 years of practical shop experience, in conjunction with over 33 years experience teaching metallurgy at the college level, Tom Bertone possesses the required technology, practical experience and insight to resolve material failures regardless of cause.
