| About | The Tokaj wine region in Slovakia comprises 22 communities and about 1, 000 hectares of vineyards. The long official name of the region in Slovak is vineyard area called Tokaj. Our company has a long tradition in producing this special wine and has very good reputation on Slovak market. The production of Tokaj wines depends on many factors that influence the fermentation process of Tokaj dry, sweet and select wines. In unfavorable years, the grapes are harvested before they rot. In such years, varietal wines are produced (Furmint, Lipovina and Yellow Muscat) . |
