| About | Tianjin Hengrui Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. is a private stock company, which is located in Beichen Development Area, Tianjin City. HENGRUI Company was founded in 1994 and covers an area of 17,600 square meters. There are 87 workers in our company. Ten of them are engineers and 50 per cent of them have been engaged in plastic manufacture for 20~30 years. There are various kinds of equipments, totally about 30 sets. The annual sales value is about USD 4,000,000.00~5,000,000.00. 30~50 per cent of our products are exported. There are several lines made successfully, which reach the highest level of the world. The details are as follows: The most width of the board line is 3200mm (PVC double layers). The largest production capacity of piece lines is 1500kg/h (ABS three layers). So far, the multi-layers have reached five for every PP piece and PE flowing film. We began to produce PC film lines and PMMA board lines during the time of 2005~2006. The automatic PC film lines have been offered to the buyers. The product pattern of HENGRUI Company is DIY (made by itself). The extruders, winders or cutting off machines, stacks, reclaim side materials and installation electric products all are done by HENGRUI for controlling quality. Up to now, the products of HENGRUI have been of the best quality in Chinese market. |
