(non-operative lc). 7. Seller issues performance bond 2% to activate lc. 8. Shipment and payment are then made. You will sign contract with the seller directly. In order for the seller to send you their fco please send a dated LOI and bcl with full banking details and address to the Brazil sugar choice agency (on behalf of the seller). We may not be able to respond if, the above procedures are not adhered to. We value your business but if, you are not in agreement with the above procedures then we are sorry but we could not do business with you.
