Production facilities Dyeing: We have own cheese dyeing and cabinet dyeing machines. A) cabinet dyeing machines: Total 20 40 bundle machines - 6 20 bundle machine - 7 10 bundle machines - 5 4 bundle machines - 2 B) cheese dyeing machines: Total 6 300 kgs 2 200 kgs 2 100 kgs 2 Weaving facilities: A) we have 40 looms of rapier 20 looms of picanol gtx and 20 looms somet rapier super excel under building construction and erection and will comence for production within 3-4 months. B) apart from the above we have around 300 power looms under contract to weave power quality fabrics. Fabric finishing: We do fabric finishing at bhavani textile processing, normal finish is double time singeing, stentering with silicon softner and zer0-zer0 finish. Type of fabrics we produce: A) seer-sucker, B) twills&drills, C) herringbone D) dobby E) jacquard F) waffle G) chambray H) oxford I) satin&sateen J) bedford And solids.
