Alan Chen, Owner / General Manager, is the current Operations Manager of the Las Vegas Chinatown Plaza (lvchinatown. com) and Public Relations Manager of Las Vegas Chinese American Chamber of Commerce (lvcacc. org) . Seeing the growth of Las Vegas's Chinese business community, Tea Time started investment in the restaurant industry building relationships with the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association and board member of the Nevada Restaurant Association 2004. Seeing the need for better business services in the logistics industry, Tea Time invested further into Las Vegas and built new ties with the local Hispanic community. In 2006, with increased convention attendance from China's businesses, local and state government began seeking leaders in the Chinese community. As Public Relations Manager of Las Vegas Chinese American Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Chen became the liaison between the Chinese Community and City / County / State government.
