| About | Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd (TPL) is a leading manufacturer of LINEAR ALKYL BENZENE (LAB) in India. TPL also manufactures EPICHLOROHYDRIN (raw material for Resins), Caustic Soda & Chlorine. TPL was incorporated in 1984 and started commercial production of LAB in December 1987. TPL's LAB Process is licensed by Universal Oil Products (UOP USA). TPL's installed capacity of LAB is 100,000 MTPA. LAB is a significant ingredient in the manufacture of synthetic detergents. TPL's customer base includes international detergent manufacturers viz.
