Our company has a very big CNC machining factory with CNC machining centers, CNC turning centers, CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. We can provide finished parts according to clients' requirements. Also our company has the advantage of providing auto forging parts. For investment casting process, our company mainly produces stainless steel lost wax castings, carbon steel castings, alloy steel castings, aluminum investment castings, ductile iron lost wax castings, copper or brass lost wax castings and super alloy investment castings. Our company uses two types of lost wax casting processes, silica sol shell process and soluble glass process, to produce investment castings. With ISO2001 and TS16949 certificates, our company has the capacity of 20000 tons of investment castings per year.
