| About | Triumstar International Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 by the president, Mr. Minyu Liu. Our company is mainly specialized in the cement & power plant equipment and dome structures. In recent years, Triumstar International Co., Ltd. has focused its main operation on dome and hard facing welding service business. Kunshan Huifeng Wear Resistant Ind. Co., Ltd. is an affiliated company of Triumstar International Co., Ltd., specializing in wear resistant alloy (compound overlay) plates & cored wire manufacturing and hardfacing welding process. In 1989, the president, Mr. Zhang Kun Mou, of Kunshan Huifeng Wear Resistant Ind. Co., Ltd. conferred with Japan Kurimoto and established Upking Kurimoto Co., Ltd. responsible for production and marketing sales; UP PLATE was used for product brand name, and Mr. Zhang was also the president of Upking Kurimoto Co., Ltd.. In 1998, due to the fast growing of China market, Mr. Zhang then decided to move to China and established Kunshan Huifeng Wear Resistant Ind. Co., Ltd. responsible for China market production and marketing; HP PLATE was used for product brand name. HP-PLATE was developed for years and has been distributed to countries worldwide. Hardness of HP-Plate is from HV650 to > HV750 (HRC 58 to > 62); standard size is 1500*3000 mm, other sizes depending on requested. HP product is certified and capable of passing ASTM G65 test. We have world famous welding wires (Vautid GmbH) and welding techniques (Kurimoto Japan). Our products include series ATOX, MPS, LM, MLS, UM rollers and tables, which are standard products of FL Smidth, Pfeiffer, Loesche and Polisius. Applications include cement plant, steel mill, coal fired power plants, mining, and other heavy equipment industries where need to combat with a severe worn-out situation. |
