| About | Taps Brewery and Restaurant started its life as an in-house craft-beer brewery and restaurant in 2001 in Istanbul. Later, the brewery operations were moved to a company-owned microbrewery. In these facilities, in addition to producing a variety of beers in kegs such as Rauchbier, Dunkel, Hefeweizen, Stout, Vienna Lager, we bottle Kolsch, Red Ale and Strong Ale. We use high quality malt and hops because quality of our beers is essential to us. We have two experienced brewers in our staff from the UK and the USA. They oversee the production process in addition to trying new and better recipes. Our bottled beers are sold in major supermarkets and other sales points throughout Turkey while our on-tap beers are available in restaurants, pubs and bars. Our current goal is to continue to build a restaurant chain and expand our company through domestic sales and exports. |
