| About | Suzhou Zhenlun spinning Co., Ltd. located at the famous historical town - Zhenze Town in Wujiang of Jiangsu Province, is a modernized enterprise specialized in the production of various regenerated cellulose yarns with high quality. Our company covers an area of 200, 000 square meters, and the total structural area is about 140, 000 square meters. Nowadays, our company has 3 wholly-owned subsidiary companies, Suzhou Zhenlun spinning Co., Ltd. ,Jiangsu Sulunte Spinning Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Nanguang ecological textile Co., Ltd. Suzhou Nanguang Ecological Textile Co., Ltd. was established in January, 2003 with 20,000 ring-spinning spindles at present. Its annual output of viscose slub yarn is up to 3000 tons. Because of various slub specifications and distinctively unique fabric styles, the company comes to the forefront of high-end market all these years. Suzhou Zhenlun Spinning Co., Ltd. was established in June of 2005, with 100,000 advanced ring-spinning spindles. Our annual production capacity of viscose knitting yarns, bamboo yarns, Tencel yarns and Modal yarns is up to 16,000 tons. Our company has won a good reputation not only in China, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Fujian, but also in Europe and America, such as Brazil, Turkey and Italy. Jiangsu Sulunte Spinning Co., Ltd., established in December of 2006, is another factory which is also invested in by Suzhou Zen Cotton. It imported 24 advanced rotor spinning machines of Oerlikon Saurer BD320 and 12 BD330 machines, with an annual output of 23,000 tons of open-end viscose yarns, including original color yarns and colored yarns. In recent years, Zhenlun has tightly grasped the opportunities of the market and has been devoted to producing various regenerated cellulose yarns year by year. Our annual production capacity has been over 30,000 tons. As we plans, Zhenlun will add 200,000 ring-spinning spindles and 128 rotor spinning machines in 2010. All these equipment will be adapted by world leading spinning machines, such as Trutzschler blowing-carding unit production lines, Trutzschler Autoleveller Draw Frames TD03, Japanese Murata Roving and Spinning Units FL200 and RX240, Murata auto-winders No. 21C and Schlafhorst rotor spinning machines BD380. Zhenlun will be the leader in the production of viscose yarns all over the world after all equipment has been put into production. |
