| About | THE COMPANY Suomen Kuitulava Oy began manufacturing pallets in 1995 as an MBO enterprise continuing the load pallet production and development commenced by Enso Karhula factory (subsequently Wisapak Oy Ab) serving the packaking industry as a proven overall packaking solution supplier. Our corrucated fiberboard pallet model and its production method is patended in several countries around the world. It's innovative and ecological design is widely aknowledged. INNOVATION The most important structural innovation of our fiberboard pallet are the multiple vertical carton tubes placed adjacently inside the footbeams. These tubes are ~10 cm in diameter, eg. a footbeam of the 1 / 2 EUR size pallet has total of 6 tubes inside, the 3 beams totalling 18 tubes. These tubes were tested in 2007 at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. Results showed that the load capacity of one tube is about 1 000 KG. RELIABILITY Our products reliability is most important to us. We've researched various materials to find the best ones available. For example the glue used in the pallet is weatherproof, which ensures the integrity of the pallet even if it gets wet. The products have been tested by our customers in everyday situations for years, but we also test our products using a third party. Reliability is more than just the products durability.
