Headquartered in Shenzhen City, China, SUNSEA has a total staff of 1200, more than USD 15 million of fixed assets and USD 50 million of gross assets. We provide a full range of physical connectivity products and solutions, including audio Main Distribution Frames (MDF), Digital Distribution Frames (DDF), Optical Distribution Frames (ODF), intelligent cabling, power distribution systems and slot management systems. We are also researching outdoor communication solutions, providing shelters, outdoor cabinets, and base station accessories. At the end of 2003, SUNSEA established a joint venture with IDG Technology Investment Fund (the USA). With 10 years' professional technology and engineering experience, SUNSEA's domestic market occupation rate ranks the first, and our company has become one of the leading suppliers in splicing and distributing wiring system. We have more than 40 patents and have set up a joint laboratory with government which focuses on research of connectivity. There are 28 sales and engineering service offices in China. We have set up two oversea branches: Russian Office and North American Office, and our overseas market has already extended to 20 countries and regions, such as Russia, America, Korea, Nepal, Yemen, Vietnam, Pakistan, India, and Nigeria. At present, SUNSEA owns five professional manufacture facilities covering 20,000 square meters, including workshops for over-molding, stamping and assembly, divisions for optic fiber products, and subsidiary factories for manufacturing cabinets and RF connectors, and our joint venture with KITAMURA (Japan) which is devoted to the development of outdoor shelter products. Besides, our new manufacturing base, covering 41,000 square meters, was completed at the end of 2005. SUNSEA began to implement ISO9000 quality control system in 1995. In 2002, we obtained ISO9001 international quality system certification issued by BSI. In 2003, we passed ISO9001 International Quality System certification organized by TLC.
