| About | HISTORY Sun Hing Metal Manufactory Ltd. was founded in 1972. With our long history, we have become a leading tin manufacturer with a renowned reputation for high quality and services in China. SPECIALTY We specialize in the production of lithographing tinplate wares, packaging tinware, decorative tinware and confectionery tins. Investment on Human Resources All our employees are knowledgeable in specialty as all of them have received comprehensive training which enables them to carry out their tasks in a professional way. Investment on High-Tech Equipment Some of the machines used in our production lines are bought from the USA, Germany, Japan and Taiwan area. Based on the company motto, we are able to handle different kinds of new tooling methods; the re-modification of existing tools and the development of new ones that best meet customers needs. This industry faces rapid changes, so it is extremely important for us to prolong the lifespan of our existing products and keep on creating new merchandise in order to meet the market demands. QUALITY STANDARD We have a quality control team to perform stringent control on our products. Each quality control supervisor oversees his/her own production lines. During the severe on-line screening process, defected products will never get the final inspection as they will immediately be taken out. When a product reaches the final inspection stage, it is tested and checked according to the international AQL Level 2 standard. Products fail to meet the Level 2 standard will not be accepted. Progress inspection reports will then be sent to our head office in Hong Kong. Senior staff in Hong Kong will monitor the production processes and give the final seal of approval before goods are shipped. We are also proud of our competitiveness by operating through our own printing facilities. We have full control over our production through vertical integration. We have eliminated the use of sub-contractors who may add extra costs and time in the process. This will ensure precise printing as well as improve the quality of the merchandise. PROTECTION OF CLIENTS A special system has been set up to keep and protect clients tooling and printing development in a safe place in our factory in order to protect clients confidentiality. AT PRESENT With 30 years of development, our firm employs more than 1,000 people with the production capacity of over 200,000 pieces of tins each day.
