Grease a 14cm x 21cm loaf pan; line base and two opposite sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above edge of pan. Place peaches on absorbent paper; drain well. Slice into strips. Beat butter, orange rind and sugar in a bowel with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, until combined. Stir in combined sifted flours and combined sour cream and milk. Spread three-quarters of mixture into a prepared pan. Arrange peach slices over top; sprinkle with cinnamon. Carefully spread remaining mixture over peaches. |
