| About | SilkRoad was founded a few years ago by Mr. PNG Subramanian, India's inaugural Consul-General to Shanghai, China 1992-1996. SilkRoad maximises on Mr. PNG Subramanian's global diplomatic experience, especially his knowledge of China & Mandarin for joint ventures, technological co-operation initiatives;& trade on a larger canvas.
