| About | Dongguan Shun Hing Metal Plastic Factory was founded by Mr. T. T. Li in 1987. In the beginning, Shun Hing is only engaged in stamping tool and machining business. With the economic growth rapidly in the 1990s, the labor cost and rent increased. In order to raise our competitiveness and coordinate development strategy, our headquarters moved to Dongguan of Guangdong in 1994. At the same time, our plastic tooling department and plastic molding department were established. This was a development landmark of our company. Before Shun Hing moved to Dongguan, our factory's size was several tens of square meters and we employed several tens of employees. But now, our company covers more than 15,000 square meters with more than 500 employees. We have become a medium size company. Our main business switches to high precision machining, precision molding and injection molding. In 1999, we acquired ISO9001 certificate for molding and in 2005 acquired ISO9001:2000 certificate for tooling business. Hence, the certified ISO quality management system was operated in the whole factory. In 2008, our factory was entitled as Operation Excellence Enterprise by Hong Kong Mould & Die Council in 2008. |
