| About | Established in 1983, Shanghai Xianghang Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of stamped parts (95% are manufactured under progressive stamping and 88% are manufactured automatically), plastic injection molding parts, turneries and other related products. Our annual output amounts to 3 billion pieces of various fittings and more than 150 sets of molds. We are located in Xinmin Economic Development Zone, Xinqiao Town, Songjiang District, covering an area of 20000m2. Our buildings cover 18000m2, and our registered capital is 28 million Yuan. A new workshop came into operation in 2008. Shanghai Xianghang Precision Mould Co., Ltd. is dedicated to researching & developing and manufacturing precision stamped moulds and injection dies. Our products are applied to automobiles, electronics & electronics, communication equipment, household electrical appliances, wireless electrical appliances, instruments and meters and other fields. Our products are mainly sold to Japanese, American, German and Italian invested enterprises and other foreign invested enterprises. Our major clients include factories in China, Japanese TDK Electronics, Japanese Sankyo Precision and more, among whom Japanese clients account for 70%. Xianghang Products are of high precision, long service life and high production efficiency. 95% of our products are manufactured under progressive process, and 88% are manufactured automatically. Our company has professional automatic processing equipment, such as low-speed wire cutting off machines and EDM machines of Swiss Agie Charmilles. Our production equipment includes high velocity ram machines, plastic jetting-molding machines and more. Our company also has imported optical contour grinders from Japan and forming grinders, lathes, milling machines, planers and other machines. Our COTS include universal tool microscopes and projectors, which are the most advanced in China.
