Having 14 years production experience, Trispone Non Woven Products Co., Ltd focuses on production process. Our factory locates in Xiantao, Hubei, China, where has very convenient transportation to Shanghai international port. Our factory has more than 4,000 square meters, 106 sewing machines, more than 100 workers. In order to control the quality strictly, we have teams of IQC, QC, and QA, our IQC team have 3 people, who have experience of 15 years, Our QC and QA team have 27 people, who have experience of more than 10 years, too. They inspect products according to our Inspection Instructions Manual and make inspection records. We train our workers regularly to keep high producing quality level. ISO9001 is not enough for us, every month, we will have meeting to study the PPM (parts per million defective rate) data, to find way how to reduce the PPM, During 14 years producing process, we made out our own systems and programs. Including manufacturing operation instructions, continuous improvement program for products, system to control the every production process, system to ensure the suppliers' capabilities, system to control manufacturing processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements, and etc. in a word, we are continuously pushing ourselves to improve the production level, to supply our clients good quality products, with on time delivery and best price.
