NSGG steel pipe has many applications, including high pressure oil and gas transmission lines, boilers, pressure pipes, machinery structures, distribution main lines, offshore gathering systems, steel pipe pilings, abrasive-resistance pipes, HIC resistant pipes for sour service, dredge pipes and product pipelines. Our pipe meets or exceeds the electric weld specifications drafted by American Petroleum Institute. NSGG steel pipe is BS EN ISO9001:2000 certified. Our manufacturing facility consists of two mills. One mill, which is located in Hebei, can produce pipes in O.D. from 3 inches to 9 inches and wall thickness up to 2 inches. The other mill, located in Shanghai, produces steel pipes in diameter from 6-1/2 inches to 38 inches and wall thickness up to 2-1/2 inches. We can produce pipes in length up to 12 meters for API steel line pipes and up to 120 feet for piling. All kinds of structural applications are available. Total annual capacity exceeds 150,000 tons. Furthermore, our company has been acting as the sole agent of ERW pipes and other seamless pipes in Shanghai for Baotou Steel Group, Tianjin Pipe Co., Ltd. and Pangang Group since 2003.
