| About | Shanghai Kaixing Trade Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of E. AND V. company Limited. E. AND V. Company Limited was established as a registered company in 1992 with a registered capital of THB 3,000,000. Initially, we manufactured and distributed only a few kinds of home decorating products such as Curtains, Venetian blinds, Roller blinds and Vertical blinds by having head office located at intersection of Prachatipok Road. As our company's business operations are continuously expanding, we moved the main of production department to Phetkasem 81 branch in 2002. With the rapid expansion of business, we increased our registered capital to be 100,000,000 THB in 2004. Nowadays we call Phetkasem 81 branch as the new head office and factory. With total area of 6 acres, we have 800 employees, more than 100 delivery cars, 24 hour production lines, and 3 huge warehouses to keep pace with the increasing demands of all customers. In additions, to meet the expansion of business throughout Thailand, we have increased the number of branches to be the basement for serving all customers in various regions. And we also have manufactured and distributed almost all kinds of home decoration products. Our company has invested the business with shareholders in many countries such as China, Malaysia and Vietnam and we continue developing and expanding our business both in Thailand and other countries. |
