The relief angle is critical to achieve smooth, burn free cuts, if the relief angle is too shallow the friction between the bit and the wood will cause burning, if the relief angle is too great the cutting edge will wear quickly. Our robotization grinding machine provides proper relief on all cutting edges regardless of orientation. Numerical control lathe, milling, grinding art, shear angle and anti-kickback design, ensure our products are caught up with the advanced quality level of balance, concentricity and consistency. Bearing is the most important parts of wood working tools, effect the working surface quality, we bought inside diameter instrument, widage insturment and nose examine instrument to control the bearing quality.
