| About | I. Shanghai Jiafang Steel Pipe (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Jiafang Group) specializes in manufacturing welded steel pipes. Primary products include spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes (SSAW steel pipes), straight welded steel pipes and steel pipe fittings. Meanwhile, Jiafang Group manufactures and installs various steel elbows, supporters and structural accessories into the pipes. Moreover, our firm also provides internal and external coating services of steel pipes. Jiafang Group's headquarters is located in Shanghai Pudong New Area. Jiafang Group covers 70,000M2, 20,000M2 of which is for stocking material and finished products. The rest area is for manufacturing. Our annual production capacity can reach 200,000 tons. Jiafang Group is well equipped with various production and testing equipment and coating facilities. They are as follows: 1. Three sets of equipment for various SSAW steel pipes with size ranging from 219mm to 3000mm, wall thickness from 4mm to 25mm and line pipe grades from A to X 80. The steel pipe materials are Q235 and Q345. 2. Three sets of production equipment for various straight welded steel pipes with size ranging from DN200 to DN4000mm, wall thickness from 4mm to 40mm and line pipe grades from A to X 70. The steel pipe materials are Q235 and Q345. 3. A complete set of inspection and testing equipment, including the 225KV real-time X-ray examination systems, on-line ultrasonic inspection systems, on-line spark leakage indicators, universal tensile test machines, chemical analysis and test instruments and various portable instruments, such as ultrasonic flaw detectives, X-ray flaw detectives, spark leakage dictators, thickness gauges and magnetic-particle testers. They are a powerful guarantee for an effective quality management system and can be used to monitor, measure and inspect the whole pipe production process. 4. Two sets of epoxy powder spay coating facilities with continuous operation systems and two sets of semi automatic coating facilities, including two shot-blasting machines, two intermediate-frequency heating units, two sets of epoxy powder spray coating equipment and two centrifugal machines. These facilities can be used for steel pipe epoxy coating, cement and sand coating, epoxy asphalt coating and others required by the customers. The products Jiafang Group manufactures at present are in accordance with various standards, such as API SPEC 5L, GB/T9711.1-1997, SY/T5037, SY/T5040, GB50205, S311, AS1579 and AWWA. Jiafang Group has advantages on professional techniques. We are only 50m away from the 20,000T multi-functional wharf. Jiafang Group Ningbo Branch has annual capacity of 80,000 tons. Extra-long pipes and pipes for water transportation are the main products. III. Shanghai Jiafang Steel Pipe (Group) Co., Ltd. Taicang Branch Shanghai Jiafang Steel Pipe (Group) Co., Ltd. Taicang Branch has investment of 200 million RMB and covers 80,000M2, located in Taicang Harbor Development Area, which is a significant location for vessel shipment and inland transportation. We are only 3km away from the 50,000T multi-functional wharf. Our annual capacity reaches 120,000 tons. Main products are the pipes for transporting natural gas and petroleum. |
