| About | Shanghai Hanyu Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hanyu") is the first company limited in China, integrating consultancy, design, manufacture and supporting services of moulds and hot-runner systems. In 1986, Hanyu began applying the thermoset hot-runner technology patented to several plants, engaged in production of low-voltage electrical appliances in Shanghai and Qingdao. In October, 1991, we developed hot nozzles for thermoplastic sprueless injection moulds, which were widely used in No.1Television Factory of Shanghai and Shanghai People's Electrical Appliances Factory at first. Hanyu has senior engineers with experience of almost 20 years in the research and development of applied moulds for hot-runner systems. We have the sole factory engaged in the production of helix heater bands certified in Shanghai. Hanyu has already successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 Certification.
