B is a dream that came true to four hard workers of the needle industry that for the last fifteen years had been working for other companies. After all that time waiting for an opportunity we saw that the time was right for us to move on into pursuit our dreams. That is why we put all our efforts in giving our customers what they expect in production, quality and deliveries. Production Philosophy and Goals We use a hybrid time bundle modular system which it is already proven to work with very good results in other companies. Our concern in giving excellence on quality, deliveries, less work in process and the elimination of all the possible waists in our process. Create a highly competitive team, trained to updated methods and procedures in which each and every member of the team will be responsible for the quality and the production of the whole group. NO accumulated work in process therefore reducing the inventory costs. Prevent, detect and over come any production problem with faster feedback action and least waist of materials and time. Provide a well developed new style introduction program that fulfill all of our clients needs. Develop a cross training program to assure a better stable line balance in order to reduce absenteeism or rotation impact. This program is destined to give us a more reliable flexibility to adjust our lines to style changes. El Seybo as a strategic area We moved to El Seybo free zone after three years of studing the best areas for us to start our own project. As it is a small town of aprox 97, 000 people we saw the opportunity to train and offer jobs to many people that already had experience in sewing from San Pedro de Macoris, La Romana, Higuey Hato Mayor and previous manufactures at El Seybo. For this people the distance was a big issue and the job opportunities here would bring them the stability that assure us a better condition to control the hight turnovers that prevail in other areas of the country.
