| About | First explored commercial and residential markets begining in 1994 and fully transitioned to full service A & D projects and political analysis by 2004. Instrumental in attracting multinational logistics and light manufacturing to western border area of Romania and Hungary between 1998 and 2005; negotiated with governmental and businesses to successfully complete transactions prior to EU accession of respective nations. In 2005, expanded contacts and legal counsel to cover all of Hungary, Romania and now exploring former Soviet Moldova and the Ukraine. Infrastructure programs went from a badly managed industry and discouraged western investments on a large scale prior to 2005. Massive corruption and other problems plagued most of the former Soviet bloc. Although there are still some major issues to contend with the investment climate went from an annual few million USD / EURO to massive hundreds of millions and now billions flowing into projects; post 2005 and 2007 a lot more is now being equally routed to areas other than the capital cities which traditionally received the bulk of investments or decisions to allow those investments to go elsewhere. That means that provincial development is in full swing and will make some of these countries-Romania being a prime beneficiary-places rapidly developing to bring areas into the 21st century. UPDATE NOV. 2009: Because of poor economic climate in most Soviet bloc countries in the aftermath of current worlwide economic crisis, most activities for the zone are either on hold or more restricted by my company. SOME opportunities still exist however.
