We are a small to medium sized dairy processing facility in South Africa. We have been in business since 1998. The company is looking to expand its operations and to this end is looking for trade opportunities for milk derived products. We are currently manufacturing Mozzarella and Feta cheese but will investigate the feasability of any dairy related product including other varieties of hard cheese as well as dips, creamed cheeses, etc. Our facility has passed South African Food Safety Inspection Services Audit and we are aiming at becoming HACCP compliant. |
