We are having wide experience in mango bar manufacturing and the location selected was on raw material availability. Here at chittoor district abandent raw material (mango fruit and pulp) is available, but it is a seasonal availability. We have to store the raw material for long time which can help in producing mango bar through out the year by driers. Here we are using solar driers for mango fruit bar preparion. We are looking for fpo certification.
