Customize the doctor blade as per your cylinder: Ideally, the ends of the cylinders should be equally rounded. If they are not then it is recommended that the support blade is to be cut at an angle at both ends. This way the Doctor blades at the ends of the cylinder will not encounter excessive pressure; and thus the Doctor blades at the ends will not crack. Vis-a-vis cut the Support blade on both ends according to the following formula.
