The plastic bottle recycling plant of Schwarzataler Kunststoff- und Recycling is the largest of its kind in Germany, designed with state of the art technology. At the end of reprocessing there are types of plastic with a purity of 98 percent for the further processing to regranulate of flakes in Eisfeld. About 160 employees are working here in a 4 shift system on a site of nearly 22.000 m2. Schwarzataler Kunststoff- und Recycling use a revolutionary process of a closed cycle whereby the daily loss of water of the total system is less than 1.000 litres. |
