It plans to add another 75000 spindles with in the short period. Phase I To begin with spin cot has installed 25200 spindles in 2006-2007 Phase II In the 2nd phase spin cot decided to add another 35000 spindles in the year 2007-2008 with most modern 100% com4 machinery. Phase III Inn the 3rd phase spin cot plans to enhance its capacity another 40000 spindles in the year 2008-2009 with most modern 100% com4 machinery Machinery & Technology Unifloc-Latest generation, high productivity, Gentle tuft opening and feeding machine 2 Contamination cleaners in one blow room line for better removal of polypropylene, Jute, hair and colour threads C60 Latest generation cards from RIETER, Switzerland, which is individualize the fibers Gently and separate the fine trash. Sophisticated E65 combers from Rieter to remove the short fibers and fiber neps D40 Drawframes from Rieter with Autolevellers for excellent U% & better count CV values Speed frames from ZINSER, Germany to ensure defect free roving packages for spinning Compact Com4 ring spinning systems from RIETER, Switzerland, which is giving higher yarn strength and lower hairiness values Schlafhorst 338 Autoconers incorporated with sophisticated Uster Quantum 2 Clearers to ensure defect free yarns and contamination-less yarn to the customers.
